Kudos to Helidirect!

Ordered a Trex 550e DFC kit last May, and just got around to my build this past weekend. Never even looked inside the box before. Built the head, and went looking for the frames. In the frame box is the canopy, and to my disappointment, although wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap, with all other parts inside, the canopy came out of the box with a huge smash and gash on the right side. Puzzled at how this could possibly happen with the box totally intact and the parts inside the canopy.

I wrote HD, and they offered to replace the canopy with a Fusano of my choice. (no Align DFC canopies in stock). Today, I received a beautiful Fusano Future canopy as a replacement, and I couldn't be happier.

Two lessons learned:

1. Always inspect purchases upon arrival
2. Helidirect customer service is second to none! THANKS!!!!

+1 to HD. I had a canopy split the first time I put it on my MCPX and they refunded me after I sent pics. Didn't have to return it. They're great.

I have had nothing but great dealings with HeliDirect when a problem arises with an order. They are a top shelf company and their customer service is second to none!
