Well, I sent my ESC to innova8tive for warranty. And Rachael and Lucian have been very nice to speak with. And I'm sure they get frustrated when things like this happen. Today is 6/8/14 I sent my ESC to them on 5/2/14.. They are waiting to receive my replacement from the factory. Could Scorpion not send me a replacement by now? I've purchased a new ESC to get flying again. And it was not a Scorpion!

Scorpion customer service is superb!!!
they helped me a lot of times with no cost at all.
i wish other companies to be like them.

Default no response yet from scorpion

I have emailed scorpion 2 times so far about a new 2520-1880 motor that has an issue, and have not a response yet. The dealer I bought it from suggested I contact scorpion directly.

This is frustrating to say the least.

If in North America I suggest contacting Innov8tive Designs.They are the distributor.
