Default some questions on life battery charging ect,

hey guys,
got me a new life pac, and also a volt meter to check the volts on any of my lipos or life batterys,, so anywho,

I got a new life pack and doing the break in cycles , I noticed something,,
it charged to 3.60 both cells, but I hook it up to the battery checker , and I can watch the volts in each cell drop slowily till about 3.33 , each ,,,

is my life pack a dud ? or is this normal?
ive checked google , but it says nominal is 3.3
. but shouldn't it go to 3.3 at almost no rate while its sitting on my balancer \checker?
I could see if it was hooked up to my heli and servos going , but meh
can someone point me in the right direction please?

My receiver packs start at 7.20v and very rapidly drop to 6.65v. From there it's a very flat discharge rate until they are almost depleted, then drop off rapidly.

What you are experiencing is normal.
