HSG 5083 MG servo good?
Hy guys
I just received my new Hitec HG 5000 Gyro servo combo ( for my 450 v2) it come with a nice 5083MG servo do you think this will be a good option for 500? is metal gear and fast 0.07 sec not bad! Luc

Luc, the 5083 tail servo that comes with the HG5000 is a good and fast servo, it's smaller than the 9257, it works fine on my 450 and i don't see any difference in performance between it and the 401+9257(just need to learn the setup of the HG5000 but no biggie), but i don't think it will be a good choice for the 500 cus the torque is only 1.5kg, it might be a bit weak for the 500's tail.
