Got all my parts in with a new SPM9645 Spectrum SAT.

Now I don't have any AR7200BX's to Bind to First. All I have is a 6100 and an AR500.

Am I dead in the water?? What Receiver to I need to Bind to besides an AR7200BX?

This could Doom me for the FunFly this Saturday....

Should not mix DXMX with DSM when binding.

Also, don't I need a Receiver with a SAT Port??

Tried a bunch of wiring configs to make it work and the SAT is not getting anything.

Guess I'm rush ordering an AR6210. Wasted money on a separate SAT, comes with it...

To bad I didn't see this sooner I would have sold you just the AR6210 RX.

Bummer! Yeah rushing to get one in Priority from AMain due to big FunFly Saturday. At least I still had a $5 store credit sitting there to use. Seems like every time this particular event comes around I am scrambling for a part at the last minute!

Now I lost the Bind on the damaged SAT, so can't even test....

Charging packs for my 3DHS 42 Slick, cause if I don't fly something going to go nuts! Too nice out, sunny and 71!

Got the AR6210 Receiver in today and Bound the SAT.

Got three test flights in. Good to go for the big Fall FunFly tomorrow in WV.

Do have a tail wiggle at Low RPM and tail is a little jerky at times. Feels like a notchy bad bearing on the rotor hub/grip on one side. Ordered new Pitch Slider, links and Tail Grips/Rotor Hub assembly. That should get it back in smoother shape on Monday. Will just have to be on guard tomorrow for any tail kick arounds. I pitch pumped it hard multiple times and not too bad. Manageable.

Edit; Got one good flight in at the Event in some 12mph winds. Did well.

My mentor spotted the cause of my tail rotor/grips slop...

Was missing brass bushings in the Grips Links. Found one immediately when I got home last night. Installed it. Got out the Trouble light after lunch today and found the other one 5 fvt from the bench! Found it on a carpet strip at the bottom of the stairs. Must have flown off when trying to get the Rotor hub off the Tailshaft.

No more Notchy feeling.

Just took the 98f Firmware Upgrade and now my rudder throws went back to equal, with a slight tilt to the left rudder. Will have to remove the servo and arm and drill a 3rd hole inside to work it out mechanically now. it is WAY better than it has been from the beginning. Getting there.....

No flying today looks like, gusting up to 30mph...
