Hey Buddy,

No not using the HeliCommand Rigid on the quad, But is sure looks that way in the first pic, looks like it mounted on top of the Quad.

I can assure you it's still on the MidNight Cowboy.

Have you flown it yet?

I'm really interested in one of these, can't wait to hear more! Thanks for sharing your progress.

I got mine the other day and have a few flights on it. I have already flown it in some gusty winds and it handles pretty well. If you want to see more action on this quad, check out rcgroups.com. I already have an underslung camera mount ordered for mine.

Hey HeliDaho - This is my 1st quad, and I can say it's a lot easier to fly than my CP Pro, wait a minute I still can't fly my CP Pro

Anyways this is my last post for today because I am In the dog house, cause I came over to the GF, and rather play with my Quad

Guai Quad X330 Key Chain Cam (0 min 59 sec)

1st Indoor test flight Gaui Quad X330 (0 min 44 sec)

Yup, that's for sure the "you'd rather play with your Heli's than me" look

Which reminds me, my Wife has been in her office too long, need to let her know "I'm done tinkering now Honey"

Hey Flame, that keychain cam video looked clean and vibration free. That's a really good sign! Unfortunately your girlfriend's expression didn't look like a good sign for you... Hehe

Keep the videos coming! Thoughts on flying, stability, vibrations etc also.

Tony, nice videos. What was the camera for the onboard video?

Looks like you almost flipped it a couple of times in that first video

Thanks man. It is a Kodak Z16. It weighs 166g. It is too tall to mount upright without hitting the ground or props so I had to angle it. I am gonna rig something up so I can get some better video.

Hey NightFlyr,

Does that mean when I decide to get my Volt, She can fly up to your place to pick it up, remember she wanted to come and drop off/pick up the MidNight Cowboy.

Trust me I have already paid for last week, I just don't know it yet

+1 to Nightflyr.

Flame, we can only assume that you treat your GF very, very well when you aren't playing around with the quad. Long ago my GF established a "no-fly" zone that extends anywhere near her. I couldn't ever imagine her sitting peacefully on the couch and watching TV while flying in the room. You are a very lucky man!

Great choice Helidano,

Spend most of yesterday "testing" It's a pretty stable unit, easy build - no soldering involved

And decent flight time, I've gotten 15 minutes using a zippy 2200mah 20C pack, ending at 11 volts.

Hey Flame,

With all this focus on your Girl Friend we all forgot to ask....

What's it like flying your Quad compared to a heli?
