ICE 75 Governor

I just recently installed an ICE 75 on my Trex 500 along with the Turnigy Typhoon motor. Old Align stock was getting quite hot. Both the motor and ESC were running hot. I put an 11T pinion on the Typhoon. I don't have a tach, so I'm not sure of the HS, just guessing from other responders answers and the HS calculator on ReadyHeli.
The Typhoon and ICE ESC now come down just a little warm, so I am pleased with results.
My question is: If I use the internal GOV on the ICE, should I change to a 12T pinion? I've no experience with GOVs, so I am looking for advice. I have tried to read many posts on using the gov mode, but I am still not sure what to do. I do have Castle-link, but all the is new to me. I've only had "Dumb" ESCs and the Align stock which I didn't try to use a GOV with.
Can some one please give me some recommended settings for this motor, ESC combo in GOV mode?

Maybe I should have put this in the Trex 500 forum instead of in here. Just thought I would find someone in here that had info on the above setup.
