Default Ok, I'm totally confused with my 120sr

the thing worked fine months ago but I haven't flown it in months and now the thing has no lift. I charged the batteries so that's not the issue. I haven't messed with the blades or swash plate since then, and it seems to have great power, but for some reason the darn thing won't get off the ground. I also did a model reset on my DX8, no go. The only thing I can think is that my TX is not set up properly for the 120sr but I don't recall ever doing much to the settings initially.

Can anyone make suggestions and help me out. I'm going through hell withdrawal.

So how long was it that the heli sat without being flown. And did you let the batteries sit fully charged or dead? My guess is that your batteries died from sitting too long.

I second that. Even if you're showing above 3.8V's, a Lipo that's been sitting just won't have the 'torque' to get a Heli off the ground.

With binding the 120SR or MSR to my DX8 or DX9, I just use the process Horizon Hobby outlined on YouTube year's ago...set model memory to ACRO or Airplane and Bind to Tx as per manual. Other than 'Timer' no additional Transmitter setup is required...maybe some Trim after the Bind and Fly process.

Others have used setups with the Tx in "Heli" mode but it's really not required.
