Thinking to get another blade 500 3d. Cant let it pass because of the price $249.99 BNF version and free shipping at HH site. Cant wait to take her up in the sky again. The weather here is very windy and cold. When I flew her for the first time my hands were shaking.

I'd been kicking myself for not snatching one up a couple of months ago then, for no good reason, I decided to look for one tonight. I thought it was a website error, but they were in stock! So into the cart it went, and while I was trying to talk myself out of it I noticed the black Friday 10% off sale. Yeah, couldn't pass that up. I am boarding a plane to Hawaii. I have told myself if the 500's are still available when and if we get to Hawaii, (seized wing aircraft scare the crap out of me) I'm gonna buy one. I can't even talk my wife into talking me out of buying one! Buy up people!

Got a tracking number a little while ago, she'll be here Tuesday. On top of that, I found 2 glass Titan X50 canopies, one orange, one blank, at the LHS for $20 each. Yup, mine now

I made out like a bandit this black Friday.

Theoretically I now have one inbound as well. Probably wouldn't fly it for a year but at least it will look pretty with the rest of my Blade helis! This hobby is worse than a crack addiction.

As if the B500 for $225 isn't bad enough, now the SR is $130. I'm halfway considering ordering another those for a backup.

B500 3D number 2 is inbound at 224.99 shipped. Along with some 500 size and 450 size revolution blades and some plastic yellow FB paddles and tail rotor.

I expect to have a lot of fun with this helicopter.

Some day I gotta get out and maiden B500 3D number one.

Don't do it. The SR that is. Not when you can have the 300X BNF shipped to your door for $237.00

Actually, just a month or two ago the SR was down to $99.

I ordered one also and what battery is good been looking at different sizes from glacier 2600mah or 3300mah 6S 30C? Mine was $240 shipped since HH has a warehouse in so calif had to pay taxes but still not bad. Can't pay $729+ for a 500X

There's pretty close to zero chance I'll be ordering anything else in the near future. I'm trying to for away from small stuff and keep everything 500-class and up. I was fully planning on ordering a Protos 500 when I stumbled across the B500s Thursday night. The next rotorcraft on the list is a large quadrotor (450 motors, minimum).

Today, finally I got a chance to fly her in this beautiful blue and clear sky. The wind was cooperating with me and my birdy the one and only “The Blade 500 3d” what a great feelings I am totally loving it…….!
