Default HS-65MG Stuttering Worse Than My Cousin

Hey Guys. I'm finally trying to get back in the air. Got a Beam swashplate which is solid like a mug, and I new HS-65MG which is unstable!

Whenever I put power to the receiver the servo starts a-shaking and a-twitching. My other two don't do that. Is the only recourse to send this thing back? I have already been grounded for a good while and the idea that I already waited for it to get here, only to have to wait for it to get back and then for another to get back to me is making up unhappy.

I've been sad before so I'll cope, but if there are any alternatives of things I can look at, please let me know.

One last thing these servos have a sticker on the side. One of my stickers says: 07.11. What is this number?

Thanks - Someone do a loop for a brother because I won't be able to any time soon.

The only time i've had servos stutter is when the ground wire was slightly severed. If yours is fresh out the box not sure how that could have happened. Maybe the ground isn't fully attached in the case.

temporarily swap the servo lead with another one in the RX. If the problem follows the servo, then it's a bad servo. If the problem stays with a particular port on the RX, then it's probably something else...

Time to time (actually 4 times in about 1 year and 600+ flights) I had similar problems with one of cyclic servos (65MG). I disassembled and clean pot 3 times and solder wire to the motor 1 time and it still keep going.
