Anybody using Helikraft for Raptor parts?,,, they are in China, just wondering what shipping to the states would cost?, and are they reliable?,,, noticed they have quite a extensive listing of parts!... Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

Once helikraft was a very reliable supplier of heli parts. Then one day they pulled a fast one and stoped shipping the machines people payed for.

Stay away!

The original Helikraft claimed to have been hacked.
They now have another site called Helikraft-rchelicopters.com
I still use them, but am careful to only order parts in stock or you can wait 8-10 weeks.
Also pay with Paypal so you are protected

I have not done an order in the last 3 months.
But prior to that my last 2 orders have arrived within 2 weeks.

They shipped some of my orders including kits/
They still owe me 2 engines and a muffler.
No way to contact them, email not replied.
no phone, and faxed them too without any reply.

Stay away !

Btw their strategy is backorder parts of your order,
and they do make sure backorder way passed paypal dispute claim period (45 days ?)

Not sure about Indonesia, but in Australia the Paypal claim period is now 6 months. When it was 6 weeks too many sellers were just stalling till the 6 week period was up.

I ordered some Raptor 30V2 parts from Helikraft-RCHelicopters.com on 2-12-2017 and received them 2-16-2017 from Taiwan. I'm assuming the parts are aftermarket as they're not in TT packaging, but the parts seem to be as good of quality as OEM parts. The EMS paperwork and PayPal show the company name as RCT Depot Ltd (RC Taiwan). Items were well packed and invoice items had been checked off during packaging. I would order from them again, if I can't find what i'm looking for on eBay or Amazon.
