Default battery wont charge

align 22.2v 2600mah brand new used once for 5 mins, charged it but not used for 2 weeks(weather) went out to use and it was dead.
align charger rcc-6sx.when i connect does show 6 cells but comes up with battery circuitry disconnection.
if i hold a volt meter in the bat it shows 15.82 volts
the charger is charging my 3s
i have the blue connectors on it but it has only got the one balance lead on it comperd to the new align ones with to leads

Probably a battery protection issue with your charger or battery. Your voltage might be too low to charge.. cells are probably damaged due to low voltage. Did you charge it before you used it for the first time? if it's an align battery, it's probably done forever..
