Default stick input for rudder?

hey guys, i'm seting up a new vx1e on my rush 750, i'm using the new dx7. in the transmitter setup in the Spartan studio while in the live stick movement screen, my collective stick up, the bar goes right, down goes left, the aileron right, bar goes right, aileron left, bar goes left. but when I give right rudder the bar goes left and when I give left rudder it goes right. does this matter?

Yes, reverse that channel in your radio. If you don't ensure that is correct it's going to cause you problems later on.
