Default HS-5245MG Sliding Servo Arm

Just picked up a set of these servos. I'm new to hitec servos.
One of the supplied servo arms is a sliding, adjustable arm.

Are people using these and do they present any special problems?
Would I CA the arm into it's final position after the build?
Or are they just trash? Maybe they are not meant for heli use?

The two piece sliding servo arm is supplied with standard packs of Hitec servo arms and is typically used on throttles so as to achieve correct throw on cheap TX without EPA. - No known glue will hold servo arm material securely/safely for any period. On MG servo, for security, be sure to use the supplied lock (star) washer with any servo horn.
Have used them on many models up to .40 size and throttles on larger models, including boats and cars, without one ever coming loose. If the serrated edges (teeth) are properly set and screw tightened firmly but not so as to crush the nylon and cause later splitting, the nylon output gear shaft holds tight to screw in same manner as a lock nut (unless screw has been removed and reinseted many times).
