You probably can charge using a Y adapter and charging as a 6S; but I'm not sure you'll be able to balance.

With series adapters for the main leads and balance leads, you could charge it as a single 6S. Alternatively, with parallel adapters, you could charge them in parallel.

The advantage to parallel charging is that the packs can be different capacities, different charge levels, and different ages. The only limitation is that they have to be of the same cell count, which isn't an issue in your case.

Series charging only really works well if the packs are of the same capacity, charge level, and age. If any of those properties are not present, it may take much longer to charge and balance, if the charge completes successfully at all.

I have 2 TP610s - only charge one battery at a time on them. I also have a Bantom BC8dx, which I charge two sets of two 3S'. Charge 6 batteries at a time with the three chargers.
