N5C fun

I was worried when my TT X50 crashed I wouldn't be able to find something as good. I decided to get an N5C to replace it. I have to say the N5C didn't get off to a great start, I had to replace one of the blade grips because I stripped one of the holes and then the first day I took it out I blew up the tail drive gears doing tic tocs a few feet up and broke a few bits. (most of the gears, blades, tail fin, boom supports, fuel tank (!) bent the muffler bolts)

Fortunately I was able to get parts for it, so it's already ahead of the X50. I did a couple gentle flights to dial it in after I put it back together.

This weekend I took it out and threw it around much harder, it did brilliantly. Gotta say I'm enjoying it hugely. Handles everything I throw at it and just begs for more. Glad to be a part of the Synergy family... might have to get more of them now Definitely a worthy replacement for the X50, IMO.

That's a bummer about the bad start but great to hear you're having a good time with it now!
