the driven swash was only done because they were pressured from their gun pilots in the U.S.and the market. It mad stuff all difference in flight. I got one and meh...Now its on the 7hv nitro.

Guys - I sent him a pm to discuss what he's after. But for the heck of it, here are some pics.

quinn - it's cool - we both think so much alike about certain things. I suggested a metal piece which is drilled/tapped M3 in one end, and M4 in the other. Lock an M4 set screw with permanent loctite in the larger end. Attach it to the grip arm.

Turns out that for the driver levers, Trex 700 V2's are perfect fit.

Here are the pics. I felt they were better illustration than the requested dimensions. Not quite to Cyclo's level of quality

Can anyone tell me how wide the headblock is between the two grips? I was thinking you might be able to use the old 7HVU FBL grips on the Chronos hub but from the pictures it seems like it's too wide. However it might be possible to use the grips and feathering shaft from some other head.

Some RC cars use ball links with M4 threads.
