Default 300x Swashplate - will upgrade be needed?

How are you guys liking the stock swash?

I'm putting together a list of spares, etc to order with the heli. Wanted to know if I should also order the metal 'upgraded' swash? or maybe keep stock for now and wait for 3rd party swashes??

My philosophy these days is to buy it when it breaks. Too many spare parts for other helis that I probably won't getting around to using!

Of course it helps to have another heli in the stable ready to go!

I agree, buying 1-2 of everything is a waste. You may never even break that part. Even if you have money, being conservative is a good habit in this hobby.

yeah you build up s stockpile of parts and then you goto sell the heli and find that those parts equal pennys on the dollar when sold with the heli and money cant really be made due to shipping individual parts.

But to answer your question, I piled my 450x or 450 3d in pretty hard 1 time with 450x 4 times with 3D and i never came close to breaking a stock swash...
