Default One flight

I finally got around to running gov mode since I put on the .8 mod gear. I got in one flight, landed with an auto like usual. The3n folding the blades back I noticed crunching. The gear mesh was good, I took the motor off and took it apart/all clean in there. Today I went to fly again and noticed b4 takeoff the owb was siezed.
So my first ever flight in gov mode on my ice 100 I ruined the owb. Is this a coincedence? Im running med head change speed should I do low? I ran home from the field and got a owb, installed it and then the pinion was loose, needs shaft reground flat, from the stuck owb I presume.

Total failure at the field, my trex 450 had a broken wire on the tail servo. THe rave 450 I got used has vibes, and the outrage was a mess.

I would say it is a total coincedence. I have flown nothing but governor mode for almost 2 years without siezing a OWB.

I had it all apart, and after using alot of force the owb was free again. I was gonna take off after fiddling with it a few minutes without it failing. Then I notice the rollers off a bit and sticking a 1.5 mm in there it became apparent the bearing race failed. Now I know how to recognize bad owb.
