I would like to pre-order and get another Brain unit. That'll be a sweet Black Friday deal!

Pre-order is possible if you guys really want it. I'm just pretty burned out of the pre-order thing. (-:

We are obviously all iphone users, and the concept of a pre-order is built into our DNA.... Ha ha ha

...... This thing is gonna be BIG!!!!!! And the fact that this can be used on an iPad will be EPIC...(especially if they can optimize it specifically for the iPad) !!!!

Uses the same cable as the old generic modules. Official announcement soon. But here is a peak.

Nice, thanks for the pic. Seems I might have to remove the case so I can mount it in the same spot as my current BT module.

Accurate ,
Electronics get smaller and smaller and more feature packed

I always love the stories at the field of the 'first tail Gyro's'
it costed an arm and a leg and the wheel was battery power to spin the gyro's etc .... .
Just a simple Rate mode gyro on a heli was WOOOOOOWWWW
and every time they went flying they had to retune , the head , engine etc....

$10 is a small price to pay for the time and effort MSH engineers put into this app... Along with the fact that it is geared toward the small population of collective pitch Heli pilots that own Ikon's I personally could not build this app for $10..... LOL

AND ONTHESNAP already said it will be available soon via the mshusa.com site I CANT WAIT!!!!!!

I know, 10 usd is nothing compared with their work. I'll be happy to pay for it when the module is available.

Regards.

$10 does mean that I feel it okay to request they add support for USB host for plugging in iPad via USB!
I don't mind plugging in!

Apple customers annoyed to pay 10 $ ???

Makes since if you use this app on a phone which start @ 650$
and very reasonable prices for other hardware too

msh needs funds to create software

You guys will not believe how much $$ MSH put into making iOS Brain support happen. Will actually take a long long time to recoup it. Also the new module has the Apple BT chip in it and won't be cheap. Quite a bit more vs the eBay/Crius modules in use today. Apple makes life as difficult as possible.

I don't know for sure but I don't think iOS allows the phone to be a direct USB host. So zero chance for a wired phone to Brain connection.

Phone, no. But an iPad can.

Can the android version of the Brain app work via USB?

I like plugging in. A laptop is just so clunky vs tablet.

MSH is only going to support Bluetooth with iOS and Android. Sorry.

You don't need a laptop. You just need a Crius module for Android or the new MSH Bluetooth dongle for iOS or Android.

The way I see it, $10 is a nice price to get your ticket to iOS connection.

Are there any other units that can connect to iOS in the market right now?

Also, a Brain/iKON unit for less that $150 is a heck of a deal, I got two more Brains at 25% discount ($108 and dime each), so $10 is a reasonable price to pay for app developers and such.

I can't wait to get my BT module!

New iOS app is out version 1.001

It is fully functional and stable.

Compatible BT dongles will start to ship to shops tomorrow, so expect it to be avail at shops in 5-7 days.

Hope you like it very much because it took us almost 2 years trough Apple certification of the hardware and software to make it.

regards,

Corrado

So much looking forward to getting my IOS Bluetooth module(s) as well! Using an iPhone 6+ at the field should be terrific.

Thanks for the update and hard work getting this huge task accomplished!
