Question 450XL upgrade
Question peeps

Just say I had a 450 XL, and wanted to make it a little better... I know it's been mentioned on here years ago, but could I just change the frame out to SEv2?

Everything is OK servo wise, and although it's only got an Align 25A esc, it does hover. Sloppiness in the CPPM linkages are not too good though, so I'm looking at direct to swash links. Easiest way I can see is to change the frame.

Anyone done this in the past? I can build fine, but I'm just wondering about parts compatibility only.

Im interested also, I have a new 450X that I was going to put in a scale body as the servo placement is nice and narrow.

I hesitate to upgrade the component arms due to cost and not knowing if it will make a big enough difference to justify the cost.
