Default Wheres the reamer

I just order a kit from HeliDirect and the quality seal was cut, and the esc was out of place and had an intact quality seal sticker on it. Is this the norm, and where is the supplied reamer supposed to be in the kit?

Mine was missing too. I was told that the supplied instructions need to be updated because they fixed the issue of the links being too tight and that they have not supplied the reamer in some time.

My kit was in the same condition. I was able to use an old 450 reamer I had laying around. Took two turns as my links were pretty tight.
