Too small, those are more suited for a 600 size with 12s. But it will work, just dont expect good flight time.

You will get about 3 mins of flight time with those. You need 5000 mAh batteries. I use Turnigy Nano-Tech 45C 5000 mAh batteries (2 of them in series of course) and I get about 6 mins of flight time.

i get 4mins out of 4000mah. dont forget c rating is also related to capacity. i wouldnt go smaller than 4000mah or your going to kill those packs fairly quickly/

C rating is not related to capacity, it only determines how many amps can be delivered by the pack.

c rating is related to capacity.
1c equals 1x capacity .
So if you charge a 5000mah pack at 1c, you charge it at 5 amps. To charge a 4000mah pack at 1 c you are charging at 4 amps.
The same goes for discharge. A 10c 1000mah will supply half the amps 0f a 10c 2000mah pack.
So that is why a larger capacity pack will supply more amps than a smaller capacity pack of the same c rating.

Of course this is comparing to different capacity packs of the same c rating an chemistry construction etc.

Back when lipos first came out, some of the cheaper brands would claim that they had a newer higher c rating pack. The pack was physically larger than the same capacity pack of the lower c rating. And you would recharge them and put 5000mah back into a 4000mah pack. They hadnt increased the c rating just the capacity and still labelled them as lower capacity.

Nowdays people are more factual in the labelling and you can have an increase in c rating without altering the capacity and size of the pack . But a 65c 40000mah 12s pack of brand A is not going to supply less amps than a 65c 5000mah pack of the same brand A.

I cant say for sure if thats why but yes, 4 sets are dead. The larger ones are still fine. One i did undervolt, not a lot of room for error if you dont reset the timer.
