How are the flight characteristics? are you holding elevator back to keep it level? Pleasant or flyable?

I dont have a Align 850, so I cant compare, but others report about 5-6min of FF.

I also have the TP 910 and get about 6-6.5min. The 1310 so far twice down to 3.7v each cell and 10 min of FF and hovering.

Very pleasant, and certainly manageable.

the 910 weighs 65g and its 15x33x65
the 1320 weighs 84g and its 19x34x65

so just a little fatter and heavier by 19g.

the align 850 weighs 68g and its 20x30x55

nice! good report guys. but shifting cg would be a pain going from 800mah packs to 1300 mah. ive got 2 tp 1320s laying around doing nothing. maybe ill give them a try.

this is where Align should have taken a lesson from Gaui on the V2 and had both a forward and rear motor mount. that woulda been perfect to shove that huge battery in there with no CG issues.

I notice its only 13C, is that going to be a problem? Also my canopy fits on tight already with the align lipos, my mounts are bending forward haha

WOT is only 11 amps so a 20c bat is a wast of grams. I did move the canapy about 1/2 inch forward.

Come again? my align 20C rating is a waste of grams?

The tp prolite 910 3s weighs less than a align 20c. longer run time less weight. At 16c its good for about 14 amps. The trex 250 at WOT pulls 11amps. I did find that the 250 doesn't mind a little weight. It performs about the same with the Thunderpower 730, 910,and 1320. Now, if I can get my 2100 in it.

me and my buddy both tried the tp 1320 pack. we had to mod the canopy to get the pack to fit. even then it is extremely tight. i personally would not run that pack.

I'm trying to find the stock battery but no luck so far -- I'm looking into the TP 910 as an alternative. The long flight times with the 1320s sound good, but I'm afraid that with that tiny battery tray to frame connection, one rough landing would break the tray or the frame...

for the canopy i had to drill the hole back where the grommets go. but i wouldn't run that pack. it warped the canopy with that pack installed.

What flight times would you get with a 100% flat curve flying some 3D?
