Default DJI NAZA Issue. Tx not connecting.

Hey so I am using a ar8000 and I bind it to my dx8 but when I supply power to the mc I get the red flashing light then when I plug it in none of my tx controls appear on the software. I'll show you a picture of my wiring to make sure I did it right. I read the manual over and rover again to make sure I did it right but I'm still confused.

Are you binding the receiver, then hooking it up to the naza?
I hooked my ar8000 to the naza, then power up the naza/rx, and bound it to my dx8 with no problems.
I put the bind plug in, power it up, remove the bind plug, set my tx for failsafe (programmed fail safe switch on fail safe, throttle at midstick) and then power up the tx while holding the bind button down.
Hope this helps.

edit: Also while binding, try keeping the tx at least arms length or more away from the rx.

If the VU light does not go green when you plug in the USB cable then the driver is not working.

Is your Naza set as traditional as receiver mode?
