The Blade pinions are module 0.5, so I assume the main gear is also. Can a module 0.6 pinion be used the the main gear?

For gears to mesh their modules must be equal.

What are you trying to achieve?

I'm thinking of doing a motor change. The pinions available for the motor are 0.6 mod. I suppose I could modify the stock Blade pinion. Is there a good source for aftermarket pinions?

When I upgraded the motor in mine I drilled out a blade pinion. As I recall I wanted to go up a tooth and bought a 300x pinion. I made a jig from soft pine and used the drill press. The brass is very soft so you have to be careful.
