well for the longest flight time efficiency is on the table
haven't been thinking of that alot TBH , but if we talking sport stile flaying most brushless motor's normally max efficiency at 60% to 80% so u need about 35W for a 120-130g bird running around 5000rpm head speed for sport stile flaying witch means u need 45-55W motor so theoretical Watt of thees motors is hp05 12000kv on 2s is 37W hp06 8200kv 2s is 51W spin 8000kv 2s is 55W spin 8800kv 2s is 64W hp08 8000kv 2s is 74W hp10 7800kv 2s is 88W they shod b about 90% efficiency so ideally u need 55W motor more or less now the batt's low C light and high capacity 40-45g grams should b good and keep u under 130g hers my 10 sec search for one http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...Lipo_Pack.html http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...Lipo_Pack.html http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...1P_15_25C.html shod giv u about 6.5-7 minuets of aggressive flaying or 10.5-11 minuets of hovers and slow flight thees ofc all considering it's theoretical not from my experience i didn't tray to fine tune it for max flight time's , 5 min is enough for me so i use 500mph lypos and my bird is lighter bay about 10-15g ... |

thanks for the info, so spin 8000kv is ideal for longest flight time. that thing is cheaper too.
and for what I do, it would be plenty of power. |

wow jeblesh, pretty cool stuff.
yes, a review would be nice, make a video of the whole thing showing all the mods and the servos and the tarrot and maybe a video of it flying or even just hovering. that would be awesome. |

Do a search in this forum. Ampdraw tested many, the new blue arrow servos at the time were the only ones that fit and worked reasonably well. Mind your voltages.... walkera has odd specs...
