Default Turbine Clinic and Turbine Waiver Flights

There's been a lot of queries about the Turbine Clinic/Groundschool and Turbine waiver flights at the IRCHA Jamboree.

We will be doing the Clinic/Groundschool on Thursday morning, either 10:00 or 11:00, then we will be doing Waiver Flights in the afternoon at Site 3, or whatever Site is Open for this.

If you CAN'T make it to either the clinic or the Waiver Flight time frame, no Problem. Get with me or Lou at anytime during the event and we can get in line for a flight station and get you done. It's just easier if we can do it as a group, get everyone done, and you also get to watch other pilots perform their flight.

Here's the Turbine Waiver application form (including what's required in the flight test), http://www.modelaircraft.org/files/510-f.pdf

Here's the Safety Regulations, http://www.modelaircraft.org/files/510-a.pdf

Now's the time to practice up, especially those auto's! We don't want ANY mishaps during testing flights...

See you there!!

Ron Ballard from Wren USA will be joining us at IRCHA, offering setup tips, operational assistance, and turbine theory discussion. So bring all those Wren powered helis and let Ron have a look at your setup.
