Default lost elevation

I have been playing with settings on dx8, as the msr was flying all over the place with little control,

I took aileron down to 85% rudder down to 90% just to slow msr down as limited space to fly seemed to work a treat and it was as stable as it has ever been,

doing circuits, 360's 90's 180's, then lost power, thinking it was battery recharged it, then it would only just lift of floor, I reset the settings on dx8 and still the same, my first thought was battery, recharged but still the same,

any thoughts on prob,

ps when you bind tx to heli, if you want to change it to another tx how do you do it,

thanks

To bind to another Tx, plug the battery into the bird without turning the Tx on. When the LED starts blinking, turn on the Tx while holding the Bind button. That was the easy part. As far as the failure to launch, sounds like main motor is failing. Check your throttle curve on your Tx, make sure it didn't get lowered. It is possible your battery is gone, but if you have same problem with multiple batteries, my bet would be the motor. If you only have one bat, order an extra one while ordering a motor. Of course, all of this is assuming that you have checked for anything binding in the main rotor, furballs, that sort of stuff.

My guess is that you messed you settings up on the Tx.
