Default DIY x525 quad n00b problems

I'm so close to being finished now but I have lone small stupid problem. I started a thread a lil while ago and have progressed since then. Alright so here's the quad:

X525 frame
25a 4 in 1 hobby wing esc
Kk v5.5 fc
900kV motors
Ar6210 receiver
Dx6i transmitter

So it's all connected, and I have bound the transmitter with the receiver. I'm guessing I should test the esc's but am just hearing single beeps continuously. Light on the xr is constant. No movement from motors. Still beeping. What's going on here?

...Thought you would be in the air by now...can you get the FC board to arm when you moved the rudder ful right, or left? There will be a blue light on the board when you do...

You wont get a blue ARMED light until you move the rudder all the way to the right(at low throttle) There no lights when you plug in your battery.

I don't know how to do the following with the equipment I have:

Program channels on tx (even though it's bound)
Arm kk board
Calibrate esc

So I've tried each of these using instructions, numerous forums, and YouTube.

I think there will be some sweatshop children making my quad next time because this is awful.

Sorry you are having so much trouble with this...please post a photo of how you have the RX wires and ESC wire going to the board...I forgot if you are using Spektrum or not.

I'm thinking you may have more than one problem, because I saw that in your opener, you said you should "test the ESCs". But, I also read you mentioning you'd been following various instructional videos etc. So, I'm not sure from what you said, but when you're calibrating the ESCs is when you would normally test those, by throttling up after calibration, while they're still hooked directly up to the throttle channel output of your RX. Did the motors spin up, smoothly from idle?
As PTcaflyer mentioned, it would be good to see a picture or two of your setup. When it comes to KK boards, PT's your man! I know that mine's done a steady beep routine sometimes after a crash, but I just power cycle it and she's ready to go again.

Dx6i tx, ar6210 rx. Pics tmr, but s1 to m1 etc only the red wire from s3 was pulled and added to m1. Beyond that the rx channels are plugged into the corresponding channels on the board. Negative facing out on both groups of pins.

I was reading in the esc manual to use the th hub to test each motor individually. There was no response.

Try plugging in each ESC(with the red + wire installed)into your RX Throttle location and make sure that each motor spins up...bypass the KK board for now. I think I have the manual downloaded so ?I will post it when I find it. PROPS OFF!

Did you see this one?:http://www.martin-gardner.co.uk/x525...ingconnections

I can't seem to upload more than one photo at a time. So here is a broad look. Kk on top, Quattro on the bottom. More to come

Here are the leads going from xr to the respective locations on kk board. What's wrong here? Oh for what it's worth, I unplugged all esc & kk leads, powered up and put the leads from esc into appropriate spots on th hub and plugged the hub directly into the throttle channel on rx. All Motors spooled up.

That's a good sign. Have you calibrated the ESCs? They should be able to go from idle to full throttle, smoothly increasing as you increase throttle. Sometimes it's a bit difficult to tell if they're doing this smoothly under no load. You can put a little, gentle bit of pressure on the side of the motor with your finger (Props off of course!), to get a better idea of whether or not they are progressively throttling up.

I'm having some trouble doing that I think. It's a Quattro and I tried to follow the instructions. I put each esc lead into the corresponding place on the th hub. Where am I trying going with it? I've tried a couple different ways.

Try moving the ground wire up to the #1 position along with the + wire.
Then see if the board will arm....Blue light has to flash when you move the rudder full right...My memory is shot it seems as I cannot remember how mine was set up now!
