I was hoping to maybe grab a Note7 to replace mine, as I'm out of contract. But alas Samsung stuffed that up :-)

The newer tablet I purchased for use with my eventual chage case & bump build is a dual boot affair, so does Android & Windows 10, so I could use either as the Windows software is released. But the Bt conenction with this unit is much better than the Note's.

Keep us posted on what you find once you've had your Bump modified, I just changed my Bump's resistors for 1kohm ones the other day but am yet to use it to see if this helps my occasional drop out. If not I may have to send it in for the other mods less easy for the end user to do.

hey Coolice i finally grabbed a new S7 edge as an upgrade to my note 4. just using the new phone has easliy doubled my bluetooth connection range. i also wanted the note 7 but since that didnt pan out i went with the s7 edge. i didnt want to wait on a note 8 or what ever they decided for the new line of the notes.
hope you found a solution yourself

Using a tablet, can you look at lifetime numbers of a pack?
So a graph would show IR numbers from 1st charge to current one for example.

Yes, you can look at individual cycles, or history graphs - so far there are Cell IR and Capacity History graphs that show you those values across all charges for history of the pack.

Under Battery History.
Of course that assumes you have had battery history upload enabled on the Bump and CCS app so that it has been caching and uploading history to the app. If u just now loaded the app, then it hasnt recorded any history yet.

Hey buddy.

Sorry for the delayed reply.

Ah cool, the S7 is a great phone, been looking at one for the wife to replace her aging iPhone 5S.

I'm still holding out for a Note, keen to see the S8 and specs but I do prefer the Notes features.
To be honest I'm in no rush to change, I've moved to a nice tariff as I am put of contract and so I will wait and see what Samsung being out.

I actually need to get my Bump upgraded as while I have done the internal resistor mod, I do not know what other changes need doing and it keeps loosing data connection to the charger so is not worth using wireless currently.
There is no means in the UK to get these changes made to Bumps as I keep asking and the US I don't think is dealing with UK Bumps.

Singapore would be the service point - email support@revolectrix.com and they will hook you up.

Beta is going well. Barring any major bugs popping up, we will apply for public release next week and wait for Apple approval.

How is the Battery History Import feature coming? (so that you can use the backups)

The new "universal" version of the app will get the Restore and Export features. Expected release is around April/May timeframe - basically first set of features following the Android release of the "universal" app (Apple release of "universal" app is end of this month).

I have a PL8 with an MPA board.
Why do I have to charge with EX/EH setting rather than FMA?

Sometimes my lipos charge with FMA setting rather than EX/EH

so is there anything wrong charging with FMA rather than EX/EH
