Default R60 Main Gear subassembly

Hi all.

i have a almost brand new R60 with about 3 tank till i crashed it.

Afther taking out evrything (to check up)

I am having problem settign up my main shaft (Main Gear Subassembly)
The wheel dosent seem to spin freely... i tryed to free the bolt on the "lower BRG Subassembly" and free up the "Pinion Gear Subassembly" but it dosent seem to make a diff.

am i doing somethign wrong on my set up?

even b4 my crash the wheel dosent seem to be smooth

i have a Sceadu Evo 50, if i compare on scale the "smoothless or the wheel" ill give the Evo a 9/10(verry smooth) and my Raptor 2/10(max).

Thanks all for helping out a Rookie.

Do you have the collar on the main shaft oriented properly. There is a tapered or stepped end which is supposed to go towards the upper bearing.

My first setup was by a Pro as well, but he made me do a lot of the tweaking, just told me what to do. After the first 2 or 3 assisted re-setups I could get it up and going by myself. Takes a while, but once you pick it up it becomes second nature. Of course there are always things to learn, the little 'tips and tricks' that seem to float around that you will pick up along the way that improve your setup.

I've had a lot of hobbies but once I quit learning, I dump them. Aside from electronics, heli's have kept me the busiest and my brain the most entertained.
