Default Flybar advice

Hi,

My brother in law had a hbv2 given as a present which he crashed on the first outing. One damaged part im replacing for him is the flybar. Upon ordering i saw you can get them in carbon fibre so thought these would be a good idea.

When i received them they are much shorter than the standard one im replacing. With regards to getting him going again can i put the standard paddles/weight on the shorter cf bar and will this make it harder to control?

He would prefer not to spend extra on new paddles etc at this stage so im wandering if we would be better ordering the standard longer metal flybar?

Any advice much appreciated.

Will

you can definately use it..only think you will see is possibly a twitchier response to the control...but you can use it no problem...

Also the CF flybars are great for beginners because they dont bend they break.
Translation: Youll go through a lot of flybars but youll never have to worry about them being bent and causing vibrations.
Just bee sure to balance the FB with paddles installed before installation
