Delrin Ball Links

I busted my atom yesterday and need the ball link that goes on the end of the delrin tube. The diameter of the threaded rod is different than the normal links. Anyone use different link from another manufacturer on this?

You can only buy the full rod and I'd like to get a pack of the links.

I think you can use the ones from the 6hv. It's been I while since I've replaced mine.

I think Compass recently upgraded their ball links to an even beefier design, don't be surprised if you get them and they don't look the same.

Thanks. Added them to my order. I measured the threaded rod and it's 2.8mm Hopefully that won't make a difference.

and sorry to hear you put the atom in... what happened?

Pure dumb thumb. Negative collective when I should have had positive. one blade actually cut the last quarter of the boom off. That's the link that broke.

Less than ten flights on my kbdd orange blades. I really liked them too. Now I'm going to see how my spare set of zeals fly.

Awh man, that sucks. Almost did that my 3rd flight today too actually. I've been meaning to try the Cyclone 505's since before they came out, but haven't had the unfortunate chance, and hope I don't. Might buy them instead of waiting, I'm sick of stockpiling rotortechs though.

So I'm trying RC711. Prostar didn't have everything I needed, so I went shopping. Looks like good prices.

I ordered one Delrin tube and a set of the ball links. The tube is just in case. Hopefully the links will work.
