Beware rc-expert.com

Just a warning to all that rc-expert.com can't be trusted. In "april last year" I put in an order for the following:

Payed for with Paypal, All was good got the affirmation emails as per. About 6 days later got an email saying that the align motor wasn't in stock. Great all that time and the item I most wanted wasn't in stock. I was given the option to take the remaining items or my money back. As the motor was what I most wanted and the other stuff was to fill the order to take advantage of the offer of free postage, I said I'd rather have my money back. Well here we are 8 months on and still no refund! I have tried emails to everyone on there contact list, even used to get onto them through live support, (until they discontinued that). they just won't respond to emails, I did manage to get an response to an email which I'd sent from a work computer, but as soon as they new who I was was no more contact. I have done nothing wrong by them they are the ones who took my money without having the motor in stock. I have been in touch with HongKong consumer affairs who don't seem to be able to do anything. So look Be warned.
