Default Msr wobble and vibrates crashing before take off

Hello, I am having trouble with my Msr it wobbles and vibrates really bad crashing before it can take off.

I have replaced almost every part expect the 5-1, and motors. Also looked around the fourm with no luck.

The wobble can be felt at low power and translates at high power to complete instability. please any suggestions?

Abble could be a cracked shaft or a bent feathering shaft. bent blades. bad blade grips. Aksi, use the red tool as the swash plate may have separated.

I bought a used MSR and had nothing but problems. I found a new "air frame" on ebay that included everything but the blades, motors, and control board. Now it fly's good.
They are a little tricky in that even if everything is trimmed correct they are hard to get off the ground.
I try to get the blades just below take off speed and them give a lot more power so it jumps off the ground. I think these are also very subject to prop wash so putting it on a table or "launching pad" helps minimize the prop wash. Don

Hey~

So i checked the brass washers are they were missing completely from the pin. Replaced the pin and added washers... the blade grips are now really tight and still pivot with a fingers touch.

Test flight was much better.. I could take off without it wobbling into the ground; however the trim is really off it flys left hard into the ground crashing. My flybar is a little tight after the repairs - i am going to losen it

I also noticed if the servo is set to max in any direction the flybar touches the blades... Im guessing this is a problem?
Cheers 4 the help

Flybar can't be "tight" unless the guides are squeezing the links or the links are snapped on backwards.
