newbie from Kent, Ohio, USA, Earth
Helio (that's hello in chopper lingo) at least thats what I was told.
Just picked up a Blade 300X today. Programmed the TX and started hovering. Use to fly fixed wng about 15 yrs ago. Got rid of it all. Got tired of spending more time building vs flying. Wow has things really changed. I always liked helos but could never afford them. Alot has changed. I basically play with 1/8":ft scale live steam locomotives. But saw a 400 helo being flown almost inside out and was bitten. (Periods of attention deficit) Picked up a little Scout and quickly got bored. Was given a damaged Blade MSR. Replaced parts, retrimmed it out and got tired of fighting with the swirlling effect. Spotted the 300X and it was love at first flight. That's it for now. |
