Default FunTech B320 keeps coming loose

my FunTech pip keeps coming loose on my OS 55. i would like to put some nuts on the bolts but the nuts hit the pip on one side only. has anyone have this problem?

Yep had the same problem. I used the dremel and ground it flat so I could get some nuts on the back.

Also I reface the funtech pipe as it is a bit soft and causes issues with blowing out the exhaust RTV silicon to seal it. I found just a flat file and just a swipe up down was sufficient to reface it.

Have you tried flying it, getting it all nice and warm, then torquing it down further?

This usually does it for me.
