Default Short NiCad life

Anyone usinga LiPo or some varriant in their RDS8000, I crunched a nice 450 when the TX battery died. If so what works best, can the RX handle the extra voltage, any special needs? thanks

I had a bad battery too. Just send it back and they'll replace it. Just because a few packs fail in the field this constitutes a "serious" battery problem? ATX isn't the only company to have packs fail.

I actually swapped the 700mah with my 600mah in my 6000 Super because I use my 6000 more right now. so lots of time on the 8000 7000mah pack. No problems with mine.
