The Toronto RC Heli Club would like to invite all pilots and helicopter enthusiasts alike to our 2012 Fun Fly on July Sat.21 & Sun.22!!

It will be a fantastic event, and keep your fingers crossed for good weather. Not only is it one of the biggest events that brings together some of the best pilots this half of the country, we also welcome and encourage pilots of all skill levels...even if you have your training gear still on, come out and have fun!

The event this year will be held again at our home field at the S/E corner of McCowan Rd. & Elgin Mills Rd. in Markham. Map can be found on our website @ www.rcheliclub.org

Pilot registration on site will be $30 and includes flying both days, raffle ticket, BBQ feast Sat evening, & tons of prizes to be won.

Sigh...well that's another successful event down, lots of work but worth it as everyone that attended had a blast! Weather was fantastic all weekend up until Sun evening, and only made us tear down in record time.

The steaks were absolutely divine if I do say so myself for the BBQ both days, the prize table was loaded and we did I believe 4 or 5 rounds of all pilots to get rid of them all, tunes were rockin, flying was off the hook, was great to see old friends and meet some new ones. The only bad news is we lost a set of keys on the corn field retrieving a downed heli (but you did win a kit Anthony

A big thanks to the one and only Mr. Scott Gray for deciding to take me up on the invite and showing us how big clean fast maneuvers are really done, and hanging for the day. As well to the Team RotorQuest crew letting us know we need to keep our sandbox full as they are well hydrated this season, wink wink, nudge nudge.
