Default AVCS to Rate Mode Switching

Quick question for the 8FGH and CGY-750 crowd. Has anyone put their AVCS to Rate Mode switches on one switch or do you put them on three switches for Rud, Ail and Elev? Im getting ready for my maiden today, right now mine are setup on one switch so after my trim flight I can hit the switch twice so the CGY re-learns the new centers. Any help would be appreciated!

I have the tail rotor on one switch and the ail/ele on a second switch. T/R is over the T/R stick, Ail/Ele is over the right stick.

I have them all on a single switch which also enables idleup3. I can flick this on/off to centre the cyclic and tail prior to spool up, and I also have idleup3 set to a -100:-50:0:50:100 throttle curve for ESC setup.

I did all three on idu 3 and had no issues. I recommend setting up idu 3 to work and set it match one of the other idu or disable it so you don't get unwanted behavior from the heli if you accidentally hit it.

Yea its disabled. Got the maiden out of the way, but I had some serious head shaking so I went through it with a fine tooth comb. Gear bolt/ nut was loose and the one of the linkage rods for the blade holder was off by about a degree and I even balanced my blades! Get to do it again tomorrow which is fine by me!

Here ya go... Watch the single axis gain video and Merc walks you through it. I would watch them all since they all have some good info in them. If you have any issues let me know and Ill see what I can do to help.
