Default Not getting any positive pitch :/

Hi!

I'm having troubles with my 250 not getting positive pitch at all.
It can go nuts with full throttle but not take off.

Negative pitch has a large working area , and I have tried to setup my dx7s by
looking, testing and mostly failing.

Anyone got a hint for what I should look for ?

Swash is leveled with all servos leveled 90 degrees.
Pitch curve is unchanged, swash is ail -30 ele +35 and pit +40. Travel on pitch isn't giving and results 0 or +150 on positive/negative.

Thanks.

Have you set your link lengths as per manual? Your swash may be sitting to high or too low.
Run through head setup again.

Is the Heli new or is it used? I was having a similar problem on my 250 (very used). The mixing arms and washout arms had tons of play. I set 0 pitch after a rebuild with +11/-11. When I went to take off, I had very little positive pitch. I had enough to hover with no wind. I flipped to inverted and had a ton of negative pitch.

I landed and commenced to troubleshooting. The blades had about 6 degrees of play and when the heli would spin up, all the linkages would move in such a way that I only had about 4 degrees of positive pitch. I had been setting up the head with everything relaxed.

I replaced all of the bearings in the mixing arms and seesaw and set the head up again and everything is now as it should be.
