Hey Psycho.... What's your gain settings on your yep... stock .9/.05.. By the way.. loved the speed in your video... I might try 2300-2350.... even with a 320 amp esc... I'm reluctant to go up on the gain....

Well got the 160a esc and other electrics today. Am currently fitting esc and have come to a small issue. The 8gauge wire for motor leads is to thick to go into the connectors supplied with the scorpion motor. Can I buy different pins to fit thicker wire but still able to go to the original motor pins?

It fits great, even into smaller bullets. Scorpion's ones are of high quality - dont give up!
Get yourself a small torch. Mount the bullets in a stand. Don't put iron on them (i put just little amount at the tip of the wire to hold the threads together before removing the silicon cover) just insert the wire into the bullet and start soldering with the torch after it is inside - heat and apply iron.

The wire is too big to fit into the end of the bullet..... Going to order castle creations motor 6.5mm bullets. Just means I'll have to change the bullets on the motor wires aswell. Plus the male female battery connectors. Like ec5s.

And i thought we were talking Scorpion's bullets...
Those caged connectors have to go away anyway so its good you are replacing them with Castle's, but I still say they could fit in the EC5 as well i did it more than once - you need to put some iron while all the wire is INSIDE THE INSULATION. That keeps it packed enough to go into the bullet.
