At that temperature there will be no negative effects. About the only thing to consider would be to keep the batteries warm before flying. Cold LiPo's don't perform as well when they are cold. You could set the heli outside a few minutes before flying to let it acclimate to the temp but I haven't found this necessary.

Flown in that temperature often my advice is bring gloves to wear in between flights and something warm to sip

Warm batteries are a must. If I go to the field instead of flying at home I leave the batteries in the front seat of the car where it is warm. No issues. Leave them in tailgate area outside where it cold and power and time goes down a lot. Figured this out at home. 40 degree in shop where i keep them. New batteries and thought were junk. Brought one inside and tried it after sitting in house at 60 and was major difference. Flight time and power was back. I figured it out after just getting into helis. Was warm still when I got them and than went into winter weather.

Don't forget to readjust your belt tension outside if your machine is belt driven..

I have flown in -10c to -15c with some bad effects on 2 ar7200bx on 2 different heli's.
It seems to fly OK....most the time. But after i land it and bring it into the house with it still plugged in, the 2 front servos will move down. And is no longer flyable UNTIL i let it warmup, they will slowly move back into the correct position. or unplug and reset the gyro.

Anybody else experience this?!?!

Never try to fly at -10C or -15C. That is very cold, talking about 14F to 5F degree. I only fly down to 25F or so without any problem. I am using the Turnigy TX glove to keep my hands/fingers warm. Again, warm battery is a must.
