Default Goblin 500 w/ HPS3 Head - SOLD

Selling my Goblin 500 with the 3 Blade head set up. This new system has only been hovered. The actual heli only has about 15 easy flights on it. Never crashed. It flies fine, it's just not my cup of tea. I'm wanting to fund a X7 build! It includes:

New HPS3 Rotor system
Xnova 4020/2Y-1200 motor
YGE 120LV esc w/ prog card
BK DS-5001HV cyclics
BK DS-7005HV tail
iKon fbl w/Bluetooth
Optipower Ultraguard w/ flash alarm
TM1000 Telemetry
2 DSMX satellites
Manual
All stock parts removed for upgrades
1- Glacier 4000 45c batteries

Spares include:
Quantum4120-1200 motor
Zeal 520 mains and SAB 500 mains (for 2 blade set up)
Main shaft
landing gear supports
block nut
tail pushrod guide
16t, 17t (installed) and 18t pulleys
Extra tail grips (I noticed that the locknut had spun and rounded out the pocket on the backside of the grip. Doesn't hurt anything, it's just cosmetic)

LYNX upgrades:
tail pitch slider w/ bell crank lever
motor mount
main gear
swashplate (for 2 blade set up) w/ service bag
Ultra Flex landing gear skids (not installed)

Other upgrdes:
SHS canopy mounts
SAB HD pinion

The canopy has some chips for removing and installing. Under belly wiring needs some tiding up (done!). Asking SOLD shipped to lower 48. PM me if interested

Sorry for any confusion about the price. The above price is what I'm currently asking after the posted price drops.

I found a weak cell in one of the batteries, so I'm dropping the price to 1150.00. The heli comes with only 1 battery. I also cleaned up the wiring on the belly.

jbobb1,

In your first post on 08/29/15 you ask $1150.00 shipped. Then on 08/31/15 you bump with a $200.00 price drop which = $950.00 to the lower 48. You then come back on 09/02/15 with a last price drop of $1300.00...? Finally, you let everyone know about the weak cell in one of the batteries on 09/03/15 and drop the price to $1150.00 (kudos for being straight with everyone) and now you are back to your original asking price. So what is the real price for those that are interested and really keeping track? I am not bashing you by any means but for those who are paying attention....???

Sorry for the confusion. I updated the current asking price in my original post. I will clarify that in my listing.
Thanks

I thought you were listening...I thought you were interested since you had to post a 3 mile long paragraph about price...

Intelectual,

I am always looking but the wife would not appreciate having 4 Goblins in the house. Jbobb1 did a great job fixing the mistake and like I told him earlier I was not bashing him and will continue to let everyone I know that he has a Goblin 500 looking for a new home. Have a great Labor Day!

Bump.
Will someone tell me if I'm asking too much? I'd really like to make fair deal both ways!

Seems fair to me .. most 500's 've seen go for more in the 800-900ish range but will have some cheap junk hobbyking brand esc or something.. this one having actual high end electronics, 3 blade head, misc upgrades, a second motor( not that the x-nova should need replaced), battery, a bunch of spare / extra part.. $1150 shipped is very fair IMO... It's very tempting, just got a 630, and want the whole fleet of these goblins! I want this one BAD! But not sure I can swing another $1200 at the moment, two weeks after getting the 630 going!.. But the price seems fair! Most people are probably waiting for the sub $1000 mark

Agree with Severed1. Definitely seems fair for what's included. I've been watching this post for a while but can't bring myself to pull the trigger I've got a Gaui X5 and the Goblin 500 @ 500-520mm is just too close in size to warrant it...

That said, I still check this post every time it's bold in my list

I don't have one but I hear the hobby wing hobbyking brand is very far from junk. Very effective gov for a great price.

I have had good luck with turnigy stuff, run lots of their sk3 motors and trust series ESC's in planes.. It was halfway a joke I have no real world testing or experience on the YEP esc's or anything. Just hard to put faith in a $40 120A ESC on a $2-$3000+ heli... Even though realistically the "high end" brands probably shouldn't cost much more. I wasn't trying to bash anyone's setups My apologies if anyone took offense! I call everything I own from hobbyking, my "hobbyking junk" too.. One of my favorite planes of all time is one of their balsa/foam 1200mm edge 540's
