Default Turnaround time at Horizon?

I sent my mcpx in on the 20th, just wondering how long it usually takes for them to do their thing.
I am hoping for a new 3in1, but the thing is a couple months old. Likely they will just send it back and tell me to buy my own board?
Something is messed up in the stabilization system, one second it is flying and hovering beautifully, the next it just falls over forward and crashes.
When it is acting up it is possible to hover but pretty impossible to fly.

Does this occur on the same battery or between batteries?

I went through everything, cleaned the servos, swapped them around, carefully inspected everything for binding. I tore the whole thing down and rebuilt it several times checking things out.
This is my fifth helicopter, I am pretty careful about pulling on the battery connector wire as I am very familiar with Blade brand soldering after issues with both my 120sr and my first msrx.
As far as skill level flying I would class myself as advanced beginner to intermediate.
Something failed on the main board. It's pretty much the only thing I haven't swapped out.

Should have stated more clearly.
The problem occurs at any moment with any of the six batteries. I might start right from first spool up, or it might last a couple minutes into the flight. Sometimes if you unplug the battery and plug it back in it might stabilize for a bit until it starts tipping over again.
The mcpx gyro is not even addressable from the tx is it?
I even tried adjusting gyro gain to no effect.

They have their turn around time posted under the service center section. When I sent my sr in it had about a 5 day turn around. But it changes all the time.

Well, called Horizon today to find out what was up. The lady I talked to said they couldn't figure it out either and they shipped a whole new helicopter Friday.
Very nice of them, I'd have been satisfied with a new main board.
Warms me up more to the idea of a 130x
