Uneven travel

Finally got my seesaw in the post and installed.

Ive removed trim, sub-trim to make levers all horizontal, and got swash level @ mid pitch using link lenghts, and full +/- pitch using travel adjust.

Trouble is, the elevator does not track in line with pitch & elevator from 60% to 75%. that is to say, the swash levelling tool shows level from full -ve pitch stick to 60% stick, then slightly low till 75% stick, afterwhich tracks level again.

How do i make the swash level thoughout the entire pitch stick range?

Sounds like a mixing issue. Take a good look at your radio!

Check and make sure you did not make any changes in your swash mix menu.
Set it buy the book!

I made a few changes in my travel adjust menu once. Messed my swash right up.
Check and make sure you have everything set up right in your travel adjust menu as well.

Once you have confirmed the radio is correctly set up.
Begin a new manual setup on the helicopter.
I made a small tool with a 90 corner out of a coffee card so I can eyeball down the servo horn and push rods for 90 Deg.

I'm sure you will find the problem or someone else will have a better solution for you.

Nice idea using the 90degree card.

Will check the swash mix values butretty sure default (i dont tinker with mix & swash level for most of travel)
