Default Battery trays are tight...

My battery trays seem to be too tight-fitting in the slot. I tried putting the bare tray in without batteries...and I have to jam it in with the palm of my hand to make it go in the slot. Anyone else experiencing this? I guess I'm gonna have to sand the sides of the trays down a bit.

Make sure they are sanded smooth/round edges on all the carbon pieces just like the frames. The same with the carbon rails. When both are sanded, it should slide in like glass.

Default battery trays

you need to monut the guides for the battery tray with the battery tray in it otherwise you can make it too tight.

if you use velcro on the packs and trays make sure you line them up with the straps , if not aligned the tray will warp and make it hard to get in.

Adding on this, if a buckle is just in the right spot, it catches near the front I believe on a nut. I moved the buckle down (towards landing gear) and it then slid right in.
