Great custom Blade 120 SR carrying case.
Hey I found a Harbor Freight tool case for 29.99. I customized the inside to fit my Blade 120SR and Spectrum DX5
http://www.harborfreight.com/18-inch...ase-39196.html That is the link for the case if it works. This case fits my 120sr great a little work and you can do it to. I am sure you could set the helicopter and receiver up differently in the case but this worked great for me. The pictures should be below. Last edited by Teebone; 12-31-2010 at 01:33 PM.. |

your thumbnail pictures are way too small.. pls resize them.
i am looking for a case that would fit 2 120 sr's and a dx6i.. they might have larger ones available. |

Thanks for the heads-up
I was thinking about getting a very inexpensive tool box from Home Depot and packing it with foam but the case from Harbor Freight looks much nicer, probably better than converting a plastic tool box

Hey I put the pictures in the original post. Let me know what you think! Also don't forgot to look for a 10% off code at Harbor Freight I am sure you can find it on most weeks.

I went by Home Depot earlier today - they have the same exact case on their shelf for $24.95 (Atlanta, Georgia area) Almost got one but . . . I remembered I already have a large cheap plastic tool box I'm not using that will work - just needs cleaning and fitting with foam inserts.
And your dog is awesome!

How do you make such nice neat cut's in those foam bits? And where do you get the foam?
I've tried cutting that stuff once and it made a mess.
