Default Repaired and painted tail.
I have done two paint jobs on my helis since I bought my spray rig last October. The first one was to cover up some ventilation holes on a nitro canopy that I put on an electric heli, so I painted bullet holes over them, and this one. This tail is fiberglass and was broken in half. It also was yellow. So I re fiberglassed the break then painted it black. Its not a great job, and I still have a lot to learn, but it was fun and now I have two helis that look different than the stock ones.
Any advice on how to shape a perfectly round tail or other piece of material? I ended up with some high and low spots that no matter how much sanding I just couldn't get round.
